The company Protein SA in Spain became aware of us because of our high selection rate. After several unsuccessful attempts to carry out the different labeling patterns of their boxes with other standardized camera systems, they were looking for a system that could solve the problem using AI.
The biggest challenge was that the quality of the codes varied greatly.
99.5% of the codes are read correctly
An ONNX training set was created on the basis of previously recorded project images and integrated into the camera. The recorded images run through a neural network and can be reliably read out.
